masarat center for strategy & media
Masarat Center for Strategy & Media is a civil society organization, non-profitable, licensed by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor/Aden Branch (permit no. 891 ) on 19.03.2014 . The center is concerned with political, economic, social, intellectual, media and strategic issues . It is also interested in the ongoing political process in Yemen, its impact on the society, and the South Issue, as well as the situation in the Horn of Africa and its influence on Yemen. Freedom of expression, democratic process, community dialogue, intellectual, political and cultural development of the society through publishing, training programs, seminars, lectures and other means of mass communication, and raising awareness of the importance of promoting the values of civil and peaceful struggle for change and keeping acquired and legitimate rights, are all of interest to the Center.
:Our Objectives
– To pursue the political process in Yemen, and cover its interactions and impact on the society.
.To highlight the importance of the South Issue and its justice to the public-
-To understand the social transformations and their dimensions, causes and consequences .

-To contribute to the formation of community awareness related to social development in various fields, in order to build a cohesive and prosperous society.
-To provide analysis and advice -to those concerned- about aspects of policies, short-term and long-term strategies, and their economic, social and cultural dimensions.
-Adopting programs and projects that support freedom of expression in media , promote social dialogue culture as a noble principle, lead to a boom in the democratic process , combat the phenomenon of terrorism and ideological extremism and urges coexistence and tolerance.
-To apply training and rehabilitation in the areas of media, political, civil and intellectual fields.
-To do public opinion surveys on the most important issues and incidents that– affect the general political affairs.
-Implementing programs in the development of civil society in various fields, so as to raise the level of awareness, especially through youth and women.

Seminars, lectures , conferences, workshops, issuing reports and data documents, field and strategic studies, media and press publications, brochures, bulletins, posters, websites, and other means of social and mass communication, as well as through popular and civilian initiatives
